CANCELLATION POLICY

i charge a 50% service fee for cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment, i charge 95% service fee for no shows, life is crazy just let me know :) there's a 15 min grace period, after 15 mins your appointment will be cancelled and you will have to reschedule. there are no refunds, thank you for understanding <3
