CANCELLATION POLICY
i charge a 50% service fee for cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment, i charge 100% service fee for no shows, life is crazy just let me know :) there's a 10 min grace period, after 10 mins your appointment will be cancelled and you will have to reschedule. there are no refunds, thank you for understanding <3
